staffing. This allows the clients to have access to the resources
they need in 24 to 48 hours and help keep the project on schedule.

transfer actually happens when the student applies what they have
learned. We customize our courses specifically to the Client needs
and environment. Each course is designed, developed, and taught
with the Client's business needs and Data Processing environment
in mind. Each course is designed to ensure immediate results and
show the student practical applications for what they are learning.
Our Customized Courses provides your employees not only with the
subject knowledge but also with the ability to apply that knowledge
in your environment. This further enhances the value of the training,
as the employee is ready to put their newfound knowledge to practical

USnets can provide the consulting services of these individuals
at offshore rates to the client. These individuals can be converted
into full-time employees in 6 months time at no fee to the client.
To facilitate the above concept, USnets will arrange for the client
to conduct an independent video-conferencing interview with a
prospective consultant. This process allows the client to obtain
high quality IT personal by using this economically feasible "try
buy" mechanism.Volume Discounts: USnets offers a very attractive

section of this document.
Prior to being summated to a client, every Consultant undergoes an intense
technical scrutiny. The individual is interviewed on various subjects
including analytical strength, industry knowledge, and the specific
technical expertise required for the project.
Background Checks: Every USnets Consultant's background
is thoroughly checked prior to us hiring them. We verify that the individual
is either a United States citizen or has the proper paper work to be

USnets's Account Managers are in touch with the clients and our Consultants
a minimum of once a week. During these discussions any issues that the
client has with the Consultants are discussed. All issues are noted
and tracked. In addition, any recommendations that the Consultant has
are passed along to the client.
USnets takes pride in our effort to administer Quality Control and measure
Quality Control Survey (QCS):
Every 3 months all of our client's Project Managers are issued a Quality
Control Survey sheet. The Project Managers are requested to evaluate
the performance of our Consultant's in the areas of Technical Skills,
Eagerness to learn, Involvement in the client issues, Inter Personal
Skills, Discipline and Work Ethics. The QCS is designed to take 5-10
minutes of the Project Managers time to complete. USnets discusses the
QCS with the Consultant and addresses all of the issues. The QCS is
also used in determining both the salary increase and bonus for the

as well as at the end of each assignment. During these evaluations we
determine any additional training that is required. Employees are constantly
trained in updates to existing software, new software products, and
new developments in hardware. All of our employee's are required to
take a minimum of three weeks training per year. As a result, USnets
consultants always have the latest skills and the highest level of training
available. This ensures that our clients always receive consultants
with cutting edge technology.
